FactoryCat “SNAP” Diamond polishing system

The “SNAP” Diamond polishing system is designed to work with the
Tomcat Magnum battery powered scrubber dryer. Designed for wet
use only, the resin bonded diamond pads are available in a range
of grits which enables most concrete, marble and terrazzo floors to
be renovated to a brilliant shine. “SNAP” pads fit to the special drive
boards and are quick and easy to change as the operator progresses
through the grades.  

Preparation Stage 30,50 & 100 grit

The most aggresive grit materials are used in the first stage on 
concrete floors. These are used to renovate the concrete and 
prepare for the polishig process.

Polishing Stage 200 – 3000+ grit

Progressing through a series of increasingly finer abrasive grits,
the concrete begins to close up, resulting in a brilliant shine.
The various grades of grit allow you to choose the final finish
leaving the floor with a lustre which is easy to look after.

PowerCat Formula 275 Hardener and conditioner

Formula 275 is a chemical compound applied between grit 200 and
400 in the polishing process. Formula 275 revitalises and strengthens
the concrete. Hardening the surface, leaving it stronger, easy to clean
and maintain.

FactoryCat Magnum HD & Magnum Diamond Polisher

The Factory Cat Magnum walk behind scrubber dryer standard
model is the ideal machine for diamond polishing. The industrial
build quality combined with heavy pad pressure make for an
outstanding finish.

FactoryCat also manufacture a special diamond polishing machine
which is equipped with a concrete, terrazzo and marble polishing
package. The machine has a special stainless steel deck with
upgraded twin speed motors.
