The 137 is the perfect vacuum for the collection of solids mixed with liquids or just liquids thanks to the electrical cut-out. Furthermore this vacuum has the advantage of being able to add a HEPA filter, or PTFE main filter and it's also available in L M or H versions.
The 137/100 is powered by 3 x 1.000 Watt by-pass, self cooling motors housed in a stainless steel AISI 304 holder.
The machine is supplied with a 9 metre cable, the on/off switch and the luminous power indicators are located in the highly visible, well protected control panel. The control panel also contains a socket to plug in other electric tools. There is also a manometer that enables visual control of the filter, thus enhancing overall efficiency.
The manual external filter shaker ensures an easy, hygienic cleaning of the filter. The motor and control panel housing are made of a shockproof, scratch resistant ABS, while the filter housing, dust bin and chasis are made of heavy duty steel painted with epoxy powders.
Air velocity created by the vacuum is inversely proportional to the filter surface area, therefore the larger the filter surface, the more effective the filtration. An exclusive star-shaped, polyester filter with a surface of 19,500 cm² allows perfect filtration.
If absolute filtration is required, a HEPA filter with an efficiency of 99,995% (tested with the MPPS method) is available.
The steel waste bin with a 100 or 60 litre capacity is fitted with castors and is easily removed by means of an exclusive, highly practical handle release system.
The machine frame is made of heavy duty tubular steel to ensure robustness and a long lifetime. A useful ABS tool basket is attached to the frame. The machine is easy to manoeuvre by means of 2 fixed and 2 swivel (with brakes) wheels, that are 150 mm in diameter.
