At Beta Solutions we are a forces friendly employer. For the past several years we have been committed to recognising the skills and work ethic of former soldiers sailors and airmen. Coupling experienced staff with ex-military personnel has given us unrivalled integrity and adaptability throughout the business.

 

As proud recipients of the Armed Forces Covenant Employee Recognition Scheme Bronze Award, we are part of a growing number of companies that are dedicated to supporting the forces community through employment.

This is just a snippet of our pledge to the covenant, we are constantly adding to and adapting our methods of support

  • Promoting the Armed Forces: promoting the fact that we are an Armed Forces-friendly organisation, to our staff, customers, suppliers, contractors and wider public.
  • Veterans: supporting the employment of veterans, recognising military skills and qualifications in our recruitment and selection process; working with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) to support the employment of Service leavers;

As well as our dedication to the Armed Forces Covenant we also support a number of military charities including: The Royal British Legion, Help 4 Heroes and The Salvation Army.
