Neo 2 by Avidbots is connected to The Avidbots Command Center which allows you to get unprecedented insight into Neo’s performance. The Avidbots Command Center allows you to focus on business critical tasks and does not need monitoring constantly, however it may prove addictive once you have logged in for the first time and have seen all of the metrics that can be tracked in real-time.
The web-based application allows you to check in with Neo at any time on any device. The Avidbots Command Center keeps you in the know with detailed reports and rich analytics for every cleaning operation that is completed. The user-friendly dashboard creates an overall snapshot of your business’ entire cleaning operation.
After successfully logging into the Avidbots Command Center you’re greeted with an intuitive user interface; fleet summary and cleaning plan results are displayed on the left column. The cleaning metrics provide useful information such as total area cleaned, total time that the robot has spent cleaning and productivity which is converted automatically to show the area covered by Neo and the time taken in hours to clean that area. Robot Metrics provide the following four data insights: total cleanable area, true covered area, true performance and water usage.
However if you’re more at ease with a visualisation then don’t worry because there’s a built-in pie chart on the dashboard too. The cleaning plan results section separates the clean into different colour-coded sections of the pie chart which allows you to clearly see the percentage of a successful clean. For example: 72% successful clean, 14% partially cleaned, 7% operator cancelled – allowing you to track and monitor Neo over time and improve the successful clean percentage by adapting from other key insights on the dashboard.
